New Clients:

A non-refundable $25 deposit is required to book. If you need to reschedule, your deposit is transferable one time.

Hair Prep:

Please arrive with your previous style taken down and your hair detangled.

Cancellations:

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the services booked. This fee must be paid the same day and before scheduling another appointment. Canceling or rescheduling 3 consecutive times will result in a $25 deposit required for your next appointment.

Late Arrivals:

Arriving 10 minutes late will incur a $10 late fee if we can still accommodate you. If we are unable to take you, your appointment will be rescheduled.

No Shows:

No shows = no future appointments.

Refund Policy:

No refunds are offered. If you have any concerns, speak with your stylist before leaving the salon so we can correct it.
